What is included in a Crafty By Numbers kit?
Each kit comes complete with a high-quality numbered canvas, a set of numbered acrylic paints, three different sized brushes, and a reference guide to help you create your artwork.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do the paints dry out easily?
Our acrylic paints are vacuum-sealed for freshness. To prevent drying during use, always close the lids tightly after each session. If paint becomes slightly thick, a single drop of warm water can restore its consistency.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your kit is defective or missing parts, please contact our support team with your order number for a replacement or a full refund.
Do I need to mix colors to get the right shade?
No mixing is required! We provide all the specific colors pre-mixed and numbered to match the areas on your canvas for a stress-free experience.
Are the canvases framed or unframed?
We offer both options. You can choose a 'Rolled Canvas' for DIY framing or a 'DIY Wood Frame' option where you can stretch the canvas over a wooden frame included in your package.
